The ATDR30 uses the standard Class CC form factor (10×38 mm), so it fits any Class CC-rated fuse holder or fuse block rated to 600V — from manufacturers such as Bussmann, Littelfuse, and Mersen. Ensure the holder is specifically labelled for Class CC fuses, as Class CF and Class G holders are not interchangeable. The ATDR series features a time delay (dual-element) design, which allows it to ride through brief motor starting surges and inrush currents without nuisance blowing — making it well-suited for motor branch circuits, control transformers, and other inductive loads. A fast-acting Class CC fuse would trip on those same harmless transients. For resistive loads, a fast-acting fuse may be appropriate, but for most industrial and commercial motor loads the ATDR's time delay offers much better selectivity.
