ATQR15 – GOULD 15A 600V CLASS CC TIME DELAY FUSE

The ATQR15 is built with a time-delay element that tolerates brief overcurrents — such as motor startup inrush, which can be 6–8× the full-load amperage — without nuisance blowing. It still responds quickly to true short-circuit faults. This makes it well-suited for motor branch-circuit and control-circuit protection where instantaneous-trip fuses would trip unnecessarily on startup.

No. The ATQR15 uses the Class CC rejection ferrule dimensions, which are physically smaller than Class J and Class RK holders. Class CC fuses will only seat correctly in a Class CC-rated holder, which prevents accidental substitution with lower-rated fuses. Always ensure your fuse block or disconnect is specifically rated for Class CC fuses before installing the ATQR15.
