The Gould ATQR2 is a Class CC, 2A 600V time-delay fuse with a 200kA interrupting rating, built to the standardized Class CC form factor (10mm × 38mm / 13/32″ × 1-1/2″). It mounts in any Class CC–rated fuse holder or fusible disconnect from manufacturers such as Gould/Ferraz Shawmut, Littelfuse, Bussmann, and Mersen — provided the holder is rated for 600V and the required ampacity.

The ATQR2's time-delay design allows it to tolerate brief, harmless overload surges — such as motor inrush currents or transformer energizing peaks — without nuisance blowing. It still responds quickly to sustained overloads and short-circuit faults, providing dependable protection without unnecessary downtime.
Gould's fuse lines were acquired by Ferraz Shawmut and later Mersen, so the ATQR2 designation may appear under different branding. Functionally identical Class CC 2A 600V time-delay replacements are available from Bussmann (ATQR2) and Littelfuse (CCMR2). While a fast-acting Class CC fuse will physically fit the same Class CC holder, substituting it for a time-delay fuse is not recommended without an engineering review. Fast-acting fuses will not ride through normal inrush currents and may cause nuisance tripping. Always match the fuse type (time-delay vs. fast-acting) to the original specification for your equipment.
