No, they cannot be swapped. The BL series uses a bolt-on mounting method where the breaker is physically bolted to the bus bar, while QP series breakers clip in via a plug-in connection. Each type is designed for its own specific panelboard bus configuration. Using the wrong type in a panel is unsafe and non-code-compliant.
