The BDA140405 belongs to Square D's BDA molded-case frame and is designed for commercial/industrial panelboards and switchboards that accept BDA or BQD-frame plug-in breakers. It is not compatible with residential QO or Homeline loadcentres. Because compatibility varies by panelboard model, we recommend sending us your panel model number so we can confirm the correct fit.
The BDA140405 is rated for 480V systems, making it suited for commercial and industrial applications — such as manufacturing facilities, mechanical rooms, or multi-tenant commercial buildings — where 480V distribution is common.
