    The Square D BDA141003 is a BDA-frame molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) — a bolt-on, industrial-grade device rated 1-pole, 100A, 480V AC, 18kA interrupting capacity. As an MCCB, it is designed for installation in commercial and industrial panelboards and switchboards that accept BDA-frame bolt-on breakers, not residential loadcentres. It is suited for Phase I line-side applications in power distribution panels operating at up to 480V.

    The BDA141003 is an industrial molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) designed for commercial and industrial panelboards and switchboards that accommodate BDA-frame bolt-on breakers rated up to 480V. It is not compatible with residential loadcentres. Contact us with your panelboard model to confirm suitability.

    The BDA141003 has an interrupting (AIC) rating of 18kA at 480V. This means it can safely interrupt fault currents up to 18,000 amperes. It's critical to verify that this rating meets or exceeds the available fault current at the installation point — your electrical engineer or authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) can confirm this during design or inspection.

    The Square D BDA-frame series is considered a legacy/obsolete MCCB line, and new production units may no longer be available through standard distribution channels.
