No. The BDA frame is an industrial/commercial molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated at 480V and designed for panelboards and switchboards. Square D QO breakers are a completely different, smaller residential plug-in format. The BDA141005 will not physically or electrically fit a QO loadcentre.

The 18kA rating is the breaker's available fault current (AFC) interrupting capacity at 480V. This means it can safely clear a short-circuit fault of up to 18,000 amperes without rupturing.
