The BN18F is designed to mount directly onto compatible EE Controls contactors as part of a motor starter assembly. Bimetallic overloads in this series are typically matched to a specific contactor frame size. Send us your contactor model number and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
The BN18F has an adjustable current range of 1.8 to 2.8 A. This means the trip threshold can be set within that range to match the full-load amperage (FLA) of the motor being protected — helping ensure the overload trips accurately without nuisance tripping on normal start-up inrush.
