BN55-A70 EE Controls Bimetallic Overload

The BN55-A70 is designed to mount directly onto contactors compatible with the EE Controls BN55 series frame. The mounting footprint and clip mechanism must match your contactor model. If you're unsure whether your existing contactor is compatible, send us the contactor make, model, and size and we'll confirm before you order.

The BN55-A70 features an adjustable dial spanning the 57–70 A range. Set the dial to match the full-load amperage (FLA) shown on your motor's nameplate. Always refer to your motor documentation and applicable Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) requirements for correct overload sizing — typically the overload must be set at or below 125% of the motor's FLA for standard motors.
