Yes. The BQD frame is a Siemens standard, so the BQD6320 is a direct form-fit replacement for other BQD-series 3-pole, 20A, 600V bolt-on breakers in the same panelboard or switchboard. Always verify that the ampere rating, pole count, voltage rating, and interrupting capacity match your application before swapping.

14kA at 600V is adequate for many commercial and light industrial distribution points, but you must confirm the available short-circuit current (ASCC) at the point of installation does not exceed 14kA. If your upstream fault current is higher, you'll need a breaker with a greater interrupting rating.
