The CH120 uses a traditional screw terminal. Both are 1-pole 20 A 120 V breakers rated for CH-type panels, but they are not interchangeable with each other at the terminal end.
The CHF120 is rated at 20 A, so the branch-circuit wiring must be a minimum of 12 AWG copper (rated for 20 A) per the Canadian Electrical Code. Using 14 AWG (15 A) wire on a 20 A breaker is a code violation. If your circuit is wired with 14 AWG, you would need the CHF115 instead.
