The H2007B-3 offers four dial positions corresponding to different full-load current (FLA) settings: A = 2.15 A, B = 2.60 A, C = 3.04 A, and D = 3.49 A. Match the dial position to the motor's nameplate FLA. If the motor FLA falls between two positions, standard practice in Canada (per CSA/CEC guidelines) is to select the position closest to — but not exceeding — the motor's rated FLA, unless your specific application requires otherwise.

Yes — heater coils like the H2007B-3 are replaceable field components and do not require replacement of the full overload relay assembly, provided the relay itself is undamaged.
