The FA frame is a commercial/industrial molded-case breaker from Square D's I-Line series, rated here at 277V with an 18kA interrupting capacity. QO and Homeline breakers are residential-grade plug-in breakers designed for much smaller loadcentres. The FA14060B is intended for commercial panelboards, not home panels.
Square D's FA-frame I-Line series has seen product transitions over the years.
