ATM30/50 – GOULD 30A HIGH INRUSH MIDGET FUSE

The ATM-series fuse uses the standard Class CC body (13/32" × 1½"). It fits any Class CC-rated fuse holder or fusible disconnect designed for that form factor, such as Gould/Ferraz Shawmut, Bussmann, and Littelfuse Class CC holders rated up to 30A/600V. Class CC holders have rejection features that prevent substitution of lower-rated fuse classes — confirm your holder's catalogue number with us if you're unsure.

A standard (fast-acting) midget fuse opens almost instantly on any overcurrent, which can cause nuisance tripping on motor starts or transformer energisation. The high-inrush, time-delay ATM fuse tolerates brief, predictable inrush surges — typically up to 500% of rated current for a short duration — while still providing fast response to sustained fault currents. This makes the ATM30 the correct choice for motor branch circuits, control transformers, and capacitive loads per CEC requirements.

The "/50" in the SKU denotes a quantity pack of 50 individual 30A ATM fuses — not a dual-current rating. Each fuse in the pack is rated at 30A, 600V, Class CC, time-delay. Purchasing in a 50-pack is common for MRO stocking and panel shops.
