The ETNH2003B-3 is designed for Square D Freedom Series magnetic starters and their associated overload relays, as well as compatible Definite Purpose starters. Because heater pack fit depends on the specific overload relay block, we recommend sending us your starter or overload relay model number so we can confirm this is the correct heater element for your unit.

Class 20 means the overload relay will trip within 20 seconds at 600% of the rated current — this is the standard trip class for most general-purpose and HVAC motors that require a slightly longer acceleration time. If your motor needs a faster response, a Class 10 heater would be more appropriate. The ETNH2003B-3 covers a full-load current range of 0.56 A to 0.907 A across its four dial positions, so it's best suited for small fractional-horsepower motors within that range.
