The HFD3090 is an industrial molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) intended for commercial and industrial Eaton/Cutler-Hammer panelboards and switchboards that accept HFD-frame, bolt-on breakers. It is not designed for residential loadcentres (such as BR or CH panels).
