The ACMN-350 is used when you have a large 350 MCM aluminum feeder conductor but need to terminate it into a lug or piece of equipment that only accepts a smaller pin (approximately 250 MCM). Rather than re-pulling wire, the compression pigtail adaptor bridges the size difference and provides a neat, code-compliant termination.

The ACMN-350 is designed specifically for aluminum conductors (350 MCM input). The tin-plated aluminum barrel is optimized for aluminum-to-aluminum connections. If you need to terminate a copper conductor, a different ILSCO series rated for copper or copper/aluminum (CU/AL) use would be required — contact us and we can help identify the right product.

Yes — as a compression-type connector, the ACMN-350 requires a compatible aluminum compression crimping tool and the correct die set sized for 350 MCM. Using the wrong die or a non-compression tool will result in a faulty connection.
