The ILSCO ILSPB4-750 is a dual-rated (AL/CU) aluminum panelboard lug accepting conductors from 1/0 AWG up to 750 MCM across 4 ports. Its tin-plated construction resists corrosion and ensures reliable long-term contact, making it well suited for main lug terminations in panelboards, switchboards, and distribution equipment. Each port uses a 2-hole, 3/8″ bolt pattern with 1-3/8″ hole spacing, which is a common NEMA standard bolt pattern found on bus bars throughout the industry.
Verify your panelboard's bus bar bolt pattern and available lug mounting space before ordering — send us your panelboard model and we'll confirm the fit.
The ILSPB4-750 is dual-rated (AL/CU), meaning it is listed and suitable for use with both aluminum and copper conductors ranging from 1/0 AWG to 750 MCM. No additional hardware or anti-oxidant compound is mandated by the listing, though applying an anti-oxidant paste to aluminum conductors is always a good installation practice in Canada.
The 3/8" bolt size with 1-3/8" hole spacing is a widely used NEMA-standard bus bar pattern found on many panelboards and switchboards from major manufacturers. However, not every panel uses this pattern — some use narrower or wider spacing. We recommend confirming your panel's bus bar bolt pattern before ordering. Send us your panelboard model number and we'll verify compatibility.
The ILSPB4-750 features 4 independent ports, allowing up to 4 separate conductors (each between 1/0 AWG and 750 MCM) to be terminated in a single lug assembly. This makes it ideal for main lug panelboards or distribution sections where multiple large feeders must land on the same bus connection point.
