No — I-Line and bolt-on breakers are not interchangeable. The JDA36225 uses Square D's I-Line plug-in design, where the breaker slides onto a specially shaped bus bar and is secured with a retaining screw. This mounting system is exclusive to I-Line panelboards and switchboards. A bolt-on breaker uses a different bus connection and cannot be substituted.
