LB120-DFT – LEVITON 1P 20A 120V PUSH IN 10kA DUAL FUNCTION BREAKER

The LB120-DFT combines AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) and GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protection in a single breaker. AFCI protection guards against dangerous arcing faults that can cause electrical fires, while GFCI protection guards against shock hazards from ground faults. The Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) increasingly requires both types of protection in bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas — a dual function breaker satisfies both requirements with one device.

Yes — as long as your panel accepts the Leviton LB-series plug-in format, the LB120-DFT installs in the same space as a standard single-pole breaker. Keep in mind it requires a connection to the panel's neutral bar (in addition to the hot leg) to power its electronics, so a neutral pigtail must be landed.
