The LI36500 uses Square D's I-Line plug-in bus system, so it is designed to install in Square D I-Line compatible panelboards and switchboards (such as NQ, NF, and similar I-Line Series enclosures). It is a commercial/industrial MCCB and is not compatible with residential loadcentres. Contact us with your enclosure model if you need confirmation.
The 100kA short-circuit interrupting rating means the LI36500 can safely interrupt fault currents up to 100,000 amperes at 600V — a critical specification for industrial and large commercial sites where available fault current can be very high. Always verify that this rating meets or exceeds the available fault current (AFC) at the installation point, as required by the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).
