Using it in a non-I-Line enclosure is not recommended and may not be code-compliant.
At 700 A and 600 V with an 18 kA interrupting rating, the MGA36700 can serve as either a main or feeder breaker depending on your system's available fault current and panelboard configuration. For installations where available fault current exceeds 18 kA, a higher-interrupting-rated breaker in the MGA frame may be required.
