The Q1515NC features a push-in (push-wire) load terminal, meaning the conductor is inserted and secured without a screw — ideal for faster installations. The Q115 uses a traditional screw terminal. Both are 1-pole, 15A, 120V breakers from the Q series, so they fit the same Siemens/ITE loadcentres, but they are not interchangeable if your installation requires a specific termination type.
