As a current-production Siemens Q-series tandem, it can be used in new work where an approved panel slot is available, or as a direct drop-in replacement for a worn or tripped Q21520CTNC in an existing Siemens/ITE loadcentre. Verify the 10kA interrupt rating meets or exceeds your panel's available fault current (AFC) before installation — a licensed electrician can confirm this.
No. The Q21520CTNC is rated at 120V and is a tandem (twin) design that provides two separate 120V single-pole circuits (one at 15A, one at 20A) from a single panel slot — it is not a 240V double-pole breaker.
