No. I-Line breakers like the QDA32125 use a bus-stab plug-in connection that is unique to Square D's I-Line panelboards and switchboards. QO breakers use a completely different clip-in connection and are designed for residential/light-commercial QO loadcentres. The two systems are not interchangeable, so the QDA32125 must be installed in a compatible I-Line panelboard.
The 25kAIC (25,000 Ampere Interrupting Capacity) rating means the QDA32125 is tested to safely interrupt a fault current of up to 25,000 amps at 240V without catastrophic failure. Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) requires that the breaker's AIC rating meet or exceed the available fault current at the point of installation.
