No. The Q2M2125MT is a bolt-on molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) from Square D's Q2M frame series, intended for commercial/industrial panelboards and switchboards. Square D QO breakers use a plug-in design for residential QO loadcentres. These two product lines are not interchangeable, so this breaker cannot be installed in a QO loadcentre.
Availability on specific Q2M-frame variants can be limited, as some configurations in this series have been phased out or become harder to source through regular channels.
