No. The TH13040 is a 600V, 200kA commercial/industrial-rated breaker from the TH1 frame series. It is designed for industrial panelboards and switchboards — not Federal Pioneer residential Stab-Lok loadcentres, which use a completely different breaker format and bus system.
Verify that your panelboard is rated for: (1) 600V operation, (2) a TH1-frame plug-in breaker, and (3) a 200kA interrupting capacity at or above the available fault current at your installation point.
